Yes. Simply let us know that you'll need a bus with a lift and we can accommodate.
Teachers are always our guests. As a rule, there is one complimentary for every 20 paid passengers once your minimums are reached. Teachers receive the first comps.
Any adults wishing to drive on their own will be charged the full price if all buses are not completely filled.
No. For safety reasons any children under school age are not permitted to accompany a chaperone.
No. We offer travel packages for groups of all sizes.

We recommend booking 6-8 months in advance to get the best prices. However, we can accommodate if you're planning to travel sooner.
No. These are not included in your costs and are at your discretion. For your convenience, we are happy to include them in your pricing.
Please put your school's name or group's point of contact on the "Pay Now" link and we'll match it to the trip. The destination will be on your contract.

A deposit of $100/bus is required for school buses. A deposit of $200/bus is required for coaches.
A student or chaperone on a day trip without activity tickets may receive a partial refund if we have been notified 48 hours before the day of the tour. For overnight tours, refunds will be decided on a case by case basis.
